Cyberport Incubation Programme
Cyberport Incubation Programme supports entrepreneurs and start-ups with resources that aim to accelerate their growth.
In addition to a range of business and professional services, incubatees get up to HK$500,000 support over 24 months. Incubatees can participate in the programme on-site at Cyberport, or off-site at their own premises.
On top of Cyberport Incubation programme, Cyberport provides a comprehensive platform to foster success for digital tech entrepreneurs.

HK$100,000 initial working capital

Funds of up to HK$200,000 will be released in phases after completing the six-month progress review

Eligibility
-
A viable business plan whose products/services can be marketed within 12 to 18 months
-
The applicant must be a Hong Kong-registered (or in the process of incorporation) technology limited company, and has been established for less than 7 years at the application deadline of this incubation program

The company’s founding team must hold more than 51% of the company’s equity or control the company
-
If your company is in the process of incorporation, the registration process must be completed within 30 days from the application deadline

*Note: Audited Financial Statements/ Agreed-Upon Procedures Report should be submitted upon graduation to show expenses on Eligible Items during incubation period should be not less than HK$400,000. Eligible Items include the costs of:
(i) Equipment and Service Expenses at the Technology Centre or other Service Providers;
(ii) Training and Marketing Activities;
(iii) Promotion & Marketing Expenses;
(iv) Professional Service;
(v) Staffing; and
(vi) Business Operation Expenses.
