Eligibility
The Hong Kong Science and Technology Park is committed to nurturing a new generation of entrepreneurs. All qualified entrepreneurs, teams and companies are welcome to apply to join the STEP program. The conditions are as follows:

With innovative ideas, with a business plan and scientific research team

Individuals: must be at least 18 years old and hold a Hong Kong identity card, or

Company: a limited company registered in Hong Kong for no more than one year before the start date of accepting the application, or

Team: The application team must register a limited company in Hong Kong before the start of the plan

Complete the online application process and upload supplementary documents

Applications are open in January, May and September each year, and can only be submitted during the acceptance period
